  • Nature of Donation: All payments made through the Website are voluntary charitable donations to Shriram NGO. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise stated, your donation is a non-reciprocal gift.
  • Irrevocability: Except for the specific exception detailed in our Donation Refund Policy (Section 3), all donations are final and non-refundable.
  • Allocation of Funds: Shriram NGO commits to utilizing donated funds to further its charitable mission. While donor requests or designations for specific programs may be considered, all donations are ultimately considered unrestricted and will be used where the NGO determines the need is greatest, in accordance with applicable charity regulations.
  • Accuracy of Information: By making a donation, you represent and warrant that all information provided (including payment details) is accurate, and that you are the authorized user of the chosen payment method.
  • Tax Documentation: The NGO will provide tax-exempt donation receipts to the extent required by law, provided the donor furnishes the necessary contact information.

3. Donation Refund Policy (Incorporated Clause)

  • General Rule: All donations are non-refundable.
  • Sole Exception: A refund is approved only for accidental double payments made by the donor for the same amount on the same date.
  • Processing of Approved Refunds:
    • Approved refunds will be processed by the NGO within 2-3 business days of official approval.
    • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the donor’s bank or payment processor which is beyond the control of Shriram NGO.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or availability of the Website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or other systems or networks connected to the Website.
