1. Donation and Payment Cancellation

  • Donations or payments made to Shriram NGO can be cancelled only if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the transaction.

  • Once the funds have been processed or utilized for a project, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accepted.

  • To cancel a donation, please contact us immediately with your transaction details.

2. Refund Policy

  • If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • In case of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact our team with valid proof of payment.

  • Shriram NGO reserves the right to review and approve all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Event or Program Registrations

  • For paid events, workshops, or training programs organized by Shriram NGO, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations after the specified period.

4. Non-Refundable Contributions

  • Donations made voluntarily to support ongoing causes or community projects are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to program implementation and beneficiary support.
